2. CNC Machining
We provide precision CNC machining services for prototypes, customized components, and mass production.
Our CNC machining network currently has more than 400 machines, covering a wide range of machining capabilities and enabling us to handle different materials, geometries, tolerances, and production volumes.
We can support various processes, including CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling, tapping, surface finishing, and other secondary operations.
3. Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal fabrication facilities are equipped with approximately 40 production machines, providing comprehensive sheet metal manufacturing capabilities.
Our services include cutting, bending, punching, welding, fabrication, surface treatment, and assembly.
We support customized sheet metal parts, enclosures, brackets, frames, cabinets, and other fabricated components from prototypes to mass production.
4. 3D Printing
We provide 3D printing and rapid prototyping services to help customers quickly validate product designs before moving into mass production.
3D printing can be used for functional prototypes, appearance models, structural verification, fixtures, tooling, and low-volume customized parts.
This allows customers to shorten development cycles, reduce tooling costs, and accelerate product development.
5. Injection Molding
We provide custom injection molding services for plastic components, covering tooling development, material selection, injection molding, secondary processing, and assembly.
We can support both prototype tooling and mass-production tooling, depending on the customer’s product requirements and expected production volume.
